Leicester Riders coach Rob Paternostro admits his side are struggling to find their identity following a run of four consecutive defeats in the BBL. Riders, who are away against Essex Pirates on Saturday, were beaten by Newcastle and Worcester last weekend. And Paternostro told BBC Radio Leicester: "We are playing teams that are making better decisions down the stretch than us. "The effort is there but we are still trying to find our identity as a team." Saturday's game in Essex is the first of two away games over the next two weekends. Paternostro added: "It doesn't get any easier. With all the chopping and changing we are having a hard time finding out the best way to play. "We are going to have to get some medicine, get better quickly and figure it out because if we don't, we will be in trouble. We have to get better. "They [Essex] will look at our run of form and will be up for the game."
