Plymouth Raiders will be looking to continue their three-match winning streak when they take on Essex Pirates on Saturday.

Gary Stronach's side have beaten London Capital, Guildford Heat and Worcester Wolves in recent weeks.

Stronach believes even though Essex are second-from bottom in the BBL, they will be very difficult to beat.

He said: "Essex are a well coached and disciplined team and they have been playing very well this season."

In the two previous meetings between the clubs this season it is one game apiece.

The Raiders won the first encounter 83-65 in December, before the Pirates got revenge with a 79-75 win in early February.
