Treasure led Bristol's scoring with 19 points on the board

Bristol Flyers extended their winning streak and kept their league challenge alive with a tense 68-63 home win against London Mets.

Despite a bright start, Bristol trailed 49-47 after the third quarter and they needed a strong finish, led by Tyrone Treasure, to regain the lead.

Treasure gained 19 points, while Flyers captain Gary Streete added 15.

The team are now in a four-way tie for second place in the EBL with Leicester, Leeds and Manchester.

Flyers coach Andreas Kapoulas said: "Greg is having one of the best seasons of his career and he has done extremely well in his first year as team captain.

"Ty - since his return from the States - has shown great improvement in all areas of his game and has brought a new level of energy to our team."
