Worthing Thunder have named Jozef Butor as their senior assistant coach.

The 30-year-old Slovakian, has had coaching spells with Thunder Under-15s, Brighton Bears and in London, will also lead the club's junior programme.

Thunder director Alan Sweetman-Hicks said: "Dodi sat down with coach T [Dave Titmuss] and they discussed at great length their basketball philosophies.

"They found they broadly agreed on the way to play the game, so they should work very well together."

Butor, who has also coached in his homeland, was an assistant coach at Brighton Bears, head coach of Worthing Thunder under-15s and head coach of the London Greenhouse Giants junior programme.
