James believes his team have improved after their European experience

The BBL champions failed to get within nine points of any of their opponents and suffered a record 63-point defeat against DKV Joventut.

But James told BBC Southern Counties: "Europe has been a great experience for us. We've really improved as a team.

"It's time to refocus on the league, so we can do all of this again next year."
