Le Noury led from start to finish

Stuart Le Noury led from the start to clinch victory in the Sarnia Walking Club's 5,000m road walk at Delancey.

His brother Jason had the company of Rob Elliott and Terry Bates for most of the race before pulling away with 1,200m to go.

Bates finished fourth as Elliott closed the gap on Le Noury, with Jason holding on to second place by four seconds.

The windy conditions on Friday 18 April meant most walkers were slower than previous events over the same distance.
