 Tweddle had a disappointing Olympics |
Britain's Beth Tweddle missed out on a second medal at the artistic gymnastics World Cup final in Birmingham, finishing fifth in the floor exercise. Tweddle, who won silver in Saturday's asymmetric bars, scored a personal best 9.550, 0.12 behind the Chinese duo of Fei Cheng (bronze) and Nan Zhang.
Brazil's Daiane Dos Santos won gold with 9.712 while Romanian favourite Catalina Ponor took silver with 9.625.
On Saturday, Brazil's Diego Hypolito also took gold in the men's floor.
