France play Hungary in the quarter-finals of the women's handball after both teams lost their last group games. France suffered a nightmare just before half-time in their match, allowing South Korea to score five times without reply, eventually losting 30-23.
Hungary, who lost to France in last year's World Championship final, were pipped by Ukraine as they lost 23-22.
In the other quarter-finals, Ukraine play Angola, Korea face Brazil and China take on Denmark.
