Spain and Croatia booked their places in the quarter-finals of the men's Olympic handball tournament. Spain beat defending champions Russia 29-26 while Croatia saw off South Korea by the same scoreline.
Fernando Hernandeaz, Antonio Ortega and Alberto Eentrerrios scored five goals each although Russia's Alexey Rastvortsev topped that with six goals.
Spain now top Pool A with Croatia in second place. Iceland beat Slovenia 30-25 in the group's other match.
