Great Britain's men won a silver and the women a bronze medal at the Archery World Championships in Leipzig. The team had already made sure of sending a full complement to the 2008 Olympics after the men's and women's recurve teams made the semi-finals.
The three-man team of Larry Godfrey, Alan Wills and Simon Terry went down to Korea in the final.
After being beaten by Korea in the semi, Alison Williamson, Naomi Folkard and Charlotte Burgess then beat Italy.
"I am really proud of all six British archers," said Barry Eley, Team GB performance manager.
"There's nothing to be ashamed of in losing to Korea, because they are the Manchester United of international archery.
"But we have proved we can certainly keep up with them and are extremely competitive at the very highest level.
