McAnallen back for NFL decider
Tyrone midfielder Cormac McAnallen was suspended for a month

Cormac McAnallen will start for Tyrone in Sunday's Allianz NFL final against Laois at Croke Park.

McAnallen takes over at midfield from Kevin Hughes in a team which shows three changes from the side which defeated Fermanagh in the semi-finals.

With manager Mickey Harte continuing his policy of rotating his goalkeepers, John Devine takes the number one jersey from Pascal McConnell.

The other change sees fit again Brian McGuigan replacing Gerard Cavlan at centre half-forward.

The attack also sees a positional switch with Brian Dooher moving from top of the right to the wing in a straight swap with Enda McGinley.

Midfielder McAnallen will be making only his second second start of a season hampered by injury and suspension.

The champions report a clean bill of health and a fully fit squad for the first time this season with McGuigan, Declan McCrossan, Stephen O'Neill and Chris Lawn all recovered from injury.

Laois, meanwhile, show one change from the team which defeated Armagh in the semi-finals for Sunday's decider.

Goalkeeper Fergal Byron has recovered from a bout of 'flu and takes over from Michael Nolan.

The side also shows one positional switch with Damien Delaney named at full-forward and Stephen Kelly switched to the corner.

Meanwhile, Sligo's star forward Eamonn O'Hara could be ruled out of football for eight weeks after being sent off during a match when he wasn't even playing.

O'Hara was dismissed for allegedly verbally abusing a referee while he was spectating at a club game.

This year's Congress decided that club suspensions of four weeks or less would not affect the intercounty scene.

However longer suspensions from club matches will still carry over on to intercounty games.

Sligo open up their Connacht campaign against London on 25 May and are in line to play Galway on 8 June.

Meanwhile, Dublin defender Peadar Andrews will be out of action for this year's championship after sustaining a cruciate ligament injury in a club game on Monday.

Tipperary hurler John Leahy sustained a similar injury last week and will also be ruled out for this summer.
