 Loeb's five straight wins is already a championship record |
Sebastien Loeb remains on course for a sixth straight championship win after retaining his lead going into the final day of the Rally of Argentina. Peugeot driver Marcus Gronholm is now his closest challenger but the reigning world champion leads by 27.7 seconds going into Sunday's final stages.
Loeb, Gronholm and third place Petter Solberg all won stages on Saturday.
Toni Gardemeister in fourth is 11 seconds ahead of Harri Rovanpera, with Markko Martin a further minute behind.
