Ipswich Witches were convincingly beaten 54-42 in the Elite League by Peterborough Panthers at the East of England Showground. Despite the return of Scott Nicholls to the Ipswich side, they were unable to counter an impressive team performance from the Panthers. Niels Kristian Iversen and Kenneth Bjerre made double figure scores while Troy Batchelor took 13 for Ipswich. The Witches have not won since 21 May, suffering seven straight defeats.
