More woe for the Ipswich Witches |
Ipswich Witches suffered their fifth straight loss and their third consecutive defeat at home, as the Lakeside Hammers raced to victory. The Foxhall side recovered from a poor start to level proceedings, before the Essex outfit went on to win 53-39. Witches manager Pete Simmons now hopes to have two new riders in place before next Thursday's meeting at Swindon. "If they are underperforming, and the right rider comes along, we will make changes." he told BBC Radio Suffolk.
