Lindgren racked up 13 points from five rides in Wolves' win
Wolverhampton made light of tricky conditions to beat Eastbourne 50-42 in the Elite League, again taking maximum points at Monmore Green.
Freddie Lindgren was beaten only once by an opponent on his way to 13 points, while Peter Karlsson defied illness to add 11 from four rides.
"I've been feeling second hand for the past week with a virus," Karlsson told BBC WM.
"Thankfully I got through the meeting and we got a good result."
Two of the Eastbourne riders wanted to load up and go home - it was heavy out there
Wolves boss Peter Adams
Heavy rain throughout the day made for some hairy moments for both teams, with Eagles' teenager Lewis Bridger finding it difficult to adjust, claiming just a single point.
But Lindgren, Karlsson and Eastbourne's in-form Davey Watt (15) showed the experience to handle the conditions.
Wolves boss Peter Adams acknowledged the wet track made life difficult, and said that some of the visitors were not entirely happy.
"It was difficult, two of the Eastbourne riders after the first race wanted to load up and go home," Adams told BBC WM.
"Their management team managed to persuade them to carry on - it wasn't one of our better productions, it was heavy out there.
"Wet conditions always favour the away team, we come with our equipment set up for what we're expecting, what we're used to - the minute it's different that tends to throw the home team."
