Speedway's world championship leader Jason Crump says he'd love to see the sport to return to Oxford. No potential promoter has been able to reach a rent agreement with the owners of the Oxford Stadium, the Greyhound Racing Association in two years. "Oxford was always one of the better stadiums to race in, " said Crump. "It's a shame the speedway is no longer there, but you never know your luck in Oxford. Maybe one day it can get back in there one day." Crump, a former Oxford Cheetahs rider, is back in the UK for tomorrow's British Grand Prix at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
