Rossiter concedes Team GB's fortunes cannot be changed overnight |
Swindon Robins manager Alun Rossiter is on a shortlist of two to become Team Great Britain's new boss. Rossiter will be interviewed on Tuesday, with British Speedway chairman Peter Toogood having confirmed there are only two candidates. If appointed, Rossiter told BBC Radio Wiltshire, he will continue in his role as Swindon boss. "It's going to be tough. It's got to be a three-year plan to get [Great Britain] back to the top," he said. Last season Team GB failed to make it to the final of the Speedway World Cup.
