Birmingham Brummies have made teenager Ben Taylor the third member of their team for the 2009 season.

Taylor, who turned 18 in November, impressed during several guest appearances for the club last season.

Brummies boss Graham Drury said: "I saw enough to make him an asset of the club and now I want him in the team."

Taylor joins captain Jason Lyons and new signing Richard Sweetman as a confirmed starter in their line-up for the new campaign.
