Douglas feels some of his riders will perform well at Poole

Lakeside Hammers boss Stuart Douglas said there is still plenty to play for in the Elite League Play-Off Finals.

The Hammers need to overhaul a six-point deficit against Poole Pirates in the second leg at Wimborne Road in Dorset next Monday.

But Douglas told BBC Essex: "I think a couple of the riders who struggled here will actually go very well there.

"Ricky [Kling] was very poor here [at home] but I suspect he will go very well at Poole next week."

Douglas added: "I think our two Polish lads will go well there, we could surprise them actually."
