Troy Batchelor returns to action after a month on the sidelines |
Swindon rider Manuel Hauzinger is out of their Elite League meeting at Ipswich on Monday night. He bruised his ribs in a crash at the weekend, and will be replaced by the Isle of Wight's Krystof Stojanowski. The Robins are also without the injured Seb Alden, but Troy Batchelor is back in the fray after recovering from a broken elbow. He told BBC Radio Swindon: "I'm just really happy to start racing again, it's been a long four weeks." "I tested it out with a bit of water skiing and some motocross riding as well, and it feels really good," he added. A win would send the Robins back to the top of the Elite League. Swindon's number eight rider, Joel Parsons, will ride alongside Stojanowski at reserve while the club waits for new signing Jurica Pavlic to be granted a work permit. The Croat qualified for the final of the World Under-21 final at the weekend, with a 15-point maximum in the semi at his home track in Gorican.
