Olly Allen received treatment after his crash on Monday

Coventry Bees were rocked by a double injury blow in Monday's 51-42 home defeat to Lakeside Hammers.

Chris Harris and Olly Allen both crashed out with the visitors also losing Leigh Lanham in the Elite League meeting at Brandon.

Captain Harris was taken to hospital for x-rays having been placed on a backboard while Allen suffered damage to his shoulder.

Billy Janniro top-scored for the Bees with paid 16 points.
