 Jonathan Rea rode for Red Bull Honda last season |
Jonathan Rea took two podium finishes in Sunday's third round of the British Superbike championship at Silverstone. The Ballyclare rider lies third in the series on 85 points after finishing second in race one and third in race two with Ryuichi Kiyonari winning both.
In the Supersport race, Lisburn's Ian Lowry was second and his Relentless TAS Suzuki team-mate Michael Laverty third.
BJ Toal was third in the Virgin R6 Cup event and John Laverty finished 10th in the National Superstock race.
Also in the Superstocks, Alistair Seeley was 17th, Ryan Rainey 19th and Martin Finnegan 36th.
