Holders Buxton face a derby against Stoke to launch the defence of their National League Knockout Cup. The Hitmen, who last year swept all before them in the third tier of the sport, face Stoke over two legs in a first-round tie. Meanwhile, Dudley have been paired with Belle Vue while Newport will face the Isle of Wight. Mildenhall, who rejoined the league only last week, have been paired with the revived Hackney Hawks. National League boss Peter Morrish said: "It's an excellent line-up although it is slightly disappointing not to have King's Lynn and Scunthorpe in the equation as they opted to miss out and just focus on the league itself. "When you look down the draw there are some ties which will revive some great memories and the holders will be desperate to put one over their local rivals."
