Stoke Potters have announced that Tony Atkin will return to Loomer Road as skipper for the 2011 season. Atkin last rode for the Potters in 2007 and will begin his fourth spell with the club when the National League campaign gets under way in March. Promoter Dave Tattum said: "Tony is a rider who still has the will to win and I'm pleased to have him back." Atkin, 44, had been riding for Newport and joins Sheffield rider Simon Lambert in the Potters' line-up for 2011.
