David Knight continued his scintillating form to extend his Enduro 3 World Championship lead to 52 points in the Greek heat on Sunday.

Knight finished runner-up on the opening day before dominating the second, to extend his advantage over Frenchman Christophe Nambotin.

The KTM rider said: "I've got a really good points lead now and can win the title in Turkey next weekend."

Knight could now wrap up his third WEC title in Sunday's penultimate round.

Meanwhile, fellow Manxman Alex Rockwell had a mixed weekend in the Junior Class.

The 21-year-old had to retire on the first day with a mechanical problem before claiming 16th on the second day.

He told BBC isle of Man: "I was really pleased with my performance. Eight hours in 42 degree heat was a real test and not something that I was used to."

Rockwell now sits 24th in the Junior standings.
