Rajkowski joined Stoke Potters from Belle Vue in December

Polish rider Michal Rajkowski has been released by the Stoke Potters after failing to impress in early season.

Potters promoter Dave Tattum said: "It's never easy to tell someone that they are being replaced.

"Unfortunately it has not worked out for either Michal or ourselves, but we will do our best to get him fixed up elsewhere and we wish him well."

Rajkowski has been replaced in the Stoke line-up by the Workington rider Adam Roynon.

It is the second change Stoke have made to the team in 2010, with Lee Smart replacing James Holder.

Rajkowski arrived at Loomer Road from Belle Vue in December.
