 Adams top-scored for Swindon |
Swindon Robins secured their first win of 2010 at the Abbey Stadium as they saw off a spirited Wolverhampton side. The Robins started strongly and were 10 points up after four races, keeping Wolves at least six points adrift for the entire meet. Leigh Adams top-scored for Swindon with 12 points but man-of-the-match went to Thomas H Jonasson with paid 11. Jonasson told BBC Wiltshire: "I took some tips from my tutor in Sweden and I tried that and it worked really well." He continued: "It's a really good score and that's what I'm looking for. "I lost four points and my problem is that I'm thinking too much about the points I lost, not the points I scored."
