Three riders from Plymouth Devils will be in action Friday

Britain's top young speedway riders will be showcasing their skills at Plymouth's St Boniface Arena on Friday.

Thirteen riders are set to compete for a place in the British Under-21 Championships semi-finals.

Plymouth Devils riders Paul Starke, Jamie Pickard and Rhys Hooper will hope to finish in the top eight in order to progress in the competition.

Former Devils, Kyle Hughes, Matt Bates and Tim Webster will also be in action at the event.

The final of the British Under-21 Championships will be held at Lakeside on 16 April.
