Young Australian rider Darcy Ward top-scored for King's Lynn Stars as they beat Stoke 57-33. The Stars ended Stoke's unbeaten home record and maintained their own position at the top of the Premier League table. They are now four points ahead of second-placed Birmingham with two matches in hand. Ward proved he has fully recovered from a recent ankle injury by contributing 15 points to his team's total. The Stars are back in action against Glasgow Tigers at the Norfolk Arena against on Wednesday.
