Woolridge was happy with his side's performance |
Stoke Potters put up a spirited display but went down to a 48-42 defeat by Glasgow Tigers at the Ashfield Stadium on Sunday. The visitors did not leave empty-handed as losing by six points gave them their first away point of the season. Team manager John Woolridge said: "It was a vast improvement on previous outings away from home and it has shown that the team has a fighting spirit." Stoke's next Premier League meeting is away to Sheffield on 6 August.
