Allen will be looking for a better performance against the Panthers

Coventry Bees will be going for revenge on Friday night when they welcome Peterborough Panthers to Brandon in the Elite League.

The Bees suffered a 59-35 defeat on Monday at the Panthers with Olly Allen the only Bees rider to win his race.

Allen told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "Roll on Friday, after a bad meeting, the best thing we can do is ride the next day."

Coventry will again operate the rider replacement facility for Ben Barker.

Allen added: "We are not going to look back, we will look forward and will try to keep near the top of the table."
