The Plymouth Devils race at the St Boniface Arena |
Campaigners fighting for a new speedway track in Cornwall have said they will continue their appeal after their latest proposals were rejected. An application had been put forward to build a circuit on the outskirts of Bodmin but North Cornwall District Council rejected the plans. Cornwall has been without speedway facilities since Trelawny Tigers left Clay Country Moto Parc in 2003. Three years ago plans for a track at St Eval were also refused.
