Lincolnshire's teenage kart racer Jack Harvey is in action in Lonato in Italy this weekend.

Harvey will be racing in the second round of the KF2 class of the Winning Series of Karting.

Since the series began, eight weeks ago, the 15-year-old has also won the opening round of the British Championship in the same class.

"I'm aiming to go to Lonato and put everything we've learnt into place and see where it puts me," he said.

"I entered the British series initially to get some more mileage under my belt and try different settings on the kart".

"But I've found more pace and everything went really well there, up until I was shoved out of the lead in the second final".

"I can't wait to get back out there and go for more silverware," he added.

Jack currently lies third in the series, just two points adrift of second place.
