Allan Ellis put in a fine performance to win the Royal Guernsey Golf Club's Centenary Trophy at L'Ancresse.

Ellis, who has a handicap of 17, took the title with a score of 62 nett, the result of which sees his handicap drop to 15.

In joint second were Barry Seymour and John Gavet who both recorded scores of 65 nett.

The junior title went to Fergus Moriarty, who also finished with a nett score of 16, off a 15 handicap.
