Jersey's senior men's golf team retained the Challenge Trophy on Thursday by beating Guernsey Seniors for the 10th year in a row.

The 10�-4� victory in Guernsey means Jersey take a clean sweep of the Inter Insular matches this year.

It is Jersey's 11th victory in their last 13 Challenge Trophy meetings.

Jersey captain Clive Dobin said: "To come to Guernsey, play the wonderful L'Ancresse course in excellent condition and win is a fine feeling."
