Scotland's Catriona Matthew failed to make it into the final day of the ADT Championship in Florida after a disappointing third-round 79.
She finished 16th on day three, eight shots away from making the final eight at West Palm Beach.
Mexico's world number one Lorena Ochoa and American Paula Creamer shared the lowest round of six-under-par 66 - two better than Australia's Karrie Webb.
Ochoa, aiming for an eighth win of the season, enjoyed a round of six birdies.
Creamer was also in good form, making five birdies and an eagle at the long 15th before dropping her only shot of the day at the 16th.
Christina Kim birdied the
18th hole to claim the last spot in the final
round.
Matthew made a poor start with dropped shots at the 1st and 3rd and a double-bogey at the short 7th saw her out in 40.
Further shots went astray with a double-bogey at the 10th and bogeys at the 11th and 17th.
Her only birdie came at the long 15th.
England's Laura Davies, the only other British player to make the original field of 32, bowed out at the 36-hole cut.
