Disappointing finish for McIlroy
Rory McIlroy
Rory McIlroy slipped back in the final round on Sunday
Holywood amateur Rory McIlroy finished tied 59th in the MFS Australian Open after struggling to a five-over-par 77 in Sunday's final round.

The 17-year-old opened with two birdies but he plummeted down the leaderboard after a triple-bogey at the fourth and a doble-bogey at the next hole.

McIlroy, who started the day in joint 43rd, ended the tournament on 13 over.

Australian John Senden claimed a one-shot victory over this year's US Open champion Geoff Ogilvy.
