Former USPGA champion Steve Elkington of Australia shot a pair of 67s to earn a place in the field for the US Open. Also going through at the Woodmont qualifier in Maryland were fellow PGA Tour regulars Tommy Armour III and Rocco Mediate.
Joining them at Pinehurst next week will be Olin Browne, who nearly pulled out after shooting an opening 73.
But he stuck with it and was rewarded with a second-round 59 which included a birdie-eagle finish.
The other Woodmont qualifiers were David Denham, Craig Barlow, James Driscoll, Clint Jensen, Rob Rashell, Brandt Snedeker, Omar Uresti, DJ Brigman, Ryuji Imada, John Mallinger, David Oh, Lee Williams, Michael Putnam, Ian Leggatt, David Hearn, Franklin Langham and Matthew Every.
At East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, former US Amateur champion Matt Kuchar shot 66 in his second round to nail one of the six Open spots on offer.
Kuchar finished behind Derek Brown whose 65-66 gave him a nine-under total of 131. They were joined by Jason Gore, Casey Wittenberg, Aaron Barber and Scott Parel.
At Old Memorial in Tampa, Florida, Lee Rinker shot a 69 and 67 to win through to Pinehurst.
The other two spots went to Nick Gilliam and Josh McCumber, the nephew of former PGA Tour player Mark McCumber.
