Ellen White's extra-time goal ensured FA Women's Cup favourites Arsenal squeezed into the semi-finals with a 3-2 victory at Sunderland.

In the only all-Women's Super League match, Liverpool were clear 3-0 winners at home to Doncaster Belles.

Bristol Academy were the third WSL team to reach the last four after a 2-1 victory at Millwall Lionesses.

Three days after winning the Premier League Cup final, Barnet beat Southern Division side West Ham 3-2 to progress.

Sunderland 2-3 Arsenal (aet)

Rachel Furness headed Premier League pacesetters Sunderland into a first-half lead.

White equalised two minutes after the break, however, and Julie Fleeting's 78th-minute header put the Gunners ahead.

Steph Bannon levelled the scores with a firm volley 10 minutes from time but White drove in her second goal two minutes into extra time to clinch victory.

Liverpool 3-0 Doncaster Rovers Belles

Liverpool raced into the lead after only 40 seconds when left-winger Kelly Jones swept home a cross from right-back Nicky Harding's cross.

Striker Cheryl Foster doubled the lead in the first minute of the second half with a 20-yard free-kick.

And the scoring was completed when Foster pulled the ball back for substitute Lynda Shepherd to drive in a last-minute goal.

Millwall Lionesses 1-2 Bristol Academy

The Lionesses had a great start as Lyndsey Morgan shot them in front after only three minutes.

But Helen Bleazard equalised in the 32nd minute and Jess Fishlock hit what proved to be the winning goal six minutes later.

Barnet 3-2 West Ham United (aet)

Barnet kept alive their hopes of a second piece of silverware this season but found the going tough after Stacey Sowden had given them a 13th-minute lead.

West Ham hit back through goals by Gemma Sheppard and Joanna Woodgates in the first 10 minutes of the second half.

It took a penalty 10 minutes from the end of normal time for the Bees to force themselves back into the game.

Hammers goalkeeper Toni Ann-Wayne was sent off for the challenge on Sowden that led to the spot-kick, which Jess Trimnell struck home.

As extra time wore on a penalty shoot-out was looming but, with nine minutes remaining, Zoe Lance volleyed in the winner.
