The Women's Premier League fixture back-log is building after a third wipe-out in four weeks.
Even last weekend, when the snow and ice relented temporarily, only two top level league and Cup games survived.
The League Cup has been so badly hit that the scheduled date for the semi-finals has passed with only one of the four quarter-finals played decided.
Tessa Hayward, the FA Women's Leagues Co-ordinator, said: "We've not even done the draw for the semi-finals yet."
She added: "Two of the three quarter-finals could now clash with the next round of the FA Cup in January, and we may end up having to put back the date of the (League Cup) final.
"The Premier League programme isn't as much of a concern at this point, mainly because the number of teams involved has been reduced due to eight clubs leaving to form the FA Women's Super League.
"We had a good run of completed fixtures before this cold snap, so hopefully we'll be able to re-schedule games without too many problems in the new year."
