Scotland international Little scored twice for the Gunners
Arsenal moved imperiously into the last 16 of the Women's Champions League with a 9-0 hammering of Serbian side ZFK Masinac to complete a 12-1 aggregate victory.
The Gunners were not at their best in the first leg and needed two late goals to give themselves a 3-1 advantage to bring back to their Borehamwood home ground.
But any concerns there may have been about finishing the tie off were swept aside in an eight-minute spell that brought three goals midway through the first half.
Left winger Rachel Yankey hit the opener from close range after her England team-mate Ellen White's 19th minute shot had been blocked.
Striker White, on her home debut, slid in the second goal after a neat one-two with Scotland midfielder Kim Little.
Little added the third with an 18-yard strike, then doubled her tally three minutes before half-time, turning in right winger Gemma Davison's low cross.
The second half was simply a matter of how many further goals Arsenal could score.
Davison curled a 20-yard shot home in the 55th minute, then three minutes later substitute Jordan Nobbs fired in goal number six from a tight angle.
ZFK's cause, already hopeless, was not helped by right-back Ivana Kostic's 72nd-minute sending-off for a second bookable offence.
And left-back Hristina Sampanidis sent Arsenal's aggregate score into double figures when she turned Little's 79th-minute cross into her own net.
Substitute Danielle Carter hit the eighth goal five minutes from time, tapping Davison's cross over the line at the far post.
And with the last kick of the match, midfielder Jayne Ludlow put substitute Yvonne Tracy's short pass into the net to complete the most comfortable of victories.
Manager Laura Harvey said: "It was good that we kept the tempo up and kept going for goal instead of easing up.
"The away leg was our first game of the season, and with one or two new players in the side we weren't as fluent as we might have been.
"But today was more pleasing and our performance sets us up nicely for the next round."
Arsenal face a far tougher test against Spanish champions Rayo Vallecano in next month's round of 16.
Harvey, who is set to watch her team's opponents in action in Madrid next week, added: "We'll have to step up to a different level against a much stronger team."
