Corinthians defeated Gymnasium 5-1 at Tromode on Sunday to claim the Sure Mobile Women's Division One title.
The victory sees the Noble Park outfit finish their Manx ladies football league campaign three points ahead of rivals Douglas Royal.
The two sides will now contest the Sure Mobile Women's FA Cup final at the Bowl in Douglas on 5 May.
Meanwhile, Ramsey stormed to the Division Two title with a 10-0 victory at St Georges.
