Corinthians lead Sure Mobile Women's Division One by a point following a thrilling 3-3 draw with Douglas Royal in the Noble's Park Derby on Sunday.

Despite starting with only 10 players, Tracey Cowley's side took the lead on three occasions through Lauren Christian and two from Leonie Roberts.

Royal's Donna Shimmin pulled her side level on each occasion.

Meanwhile, the match between Gymns and Rushen was abandoned after unacceptable behaviour from the sidelines.

Elsewhere, Castletown look favourites to win the Division Two championship after seeing off their nearest challengers Laxey 5-2.

Kim Watson scored three, Sara Ismail-Sutton netted and there was an own goal. The Miners hit back through Christina Sutton and a Kerry Lockwood effort.

Also in Division Two, Ramsey secured only their second win of the season with a 5-3 win over Colby.

Kealey Hawthorn (3), Bekkie Colquitt and Molly Cavannah were on target for the Ballacloan outfit, while the Glen Road side responded through Gill Cardy (2) and Nikki Cooil.
