Gerard Houllier's men will be away in the first leg, switched at Arnhem's request, with the return taking place at Anfield two weeks later on 12 December.

Leeds, who saw off Hapoel Tel-Aviv 5-1 on aggregate must now face Malaga.

Celtic, who completed a 3-0 aggregate success over Blackburn with a 2-0 win at Ewood Park, will be Celta Vigo.

Martin O'Neill's men will be at home in the first leg, before travelling to Spain to tackle the La Liga high flyers two weeks later.

Fulham face a tough trip to Germany to face Hertha Berlin in the third round.
