Wolves midfielder Mark Davies is hoping to force his way back into boss Mick McCarthy's first-team plans after an injury-ravaged two-year spell.
The 20-year-old broke into the Wolves team under Glenn Hoddle but has not started a game since McCarthy took over because of a succession of problems.
But he told the club website: "I'm fit again now. I just hope that thing are going to change for me.
"This is going to be a big season for the club and I want to be part of it."
Davies, a former England Under-17 international captain, is hoping for a change of luck after suffering one injury after another last season.
I'm only 20 but I've had more than my share of bad luck with injuries

"I injured my knee in pre-season training last summer and then landed badly on my shoulder in a reserve game against Walsall just before Christmas," he said.
"I tore a muscle near the collarbone and that took a fair while to clear up and, when it did, I managed to tweak a medial knee ligament in training which really capped things off for me.
