Dack handed Woking assistant role

Woking

Woking boss Graham Baker has confirmed that Jimmy Dack will be his new assistant manager for next season.

Dack joins the Cards, who were relegated from the Blue Square Premier this season, after leaving a similar role at Kent side Welling United.

Baker told BBC Surrey: "He has a wealth of experience in the Conference and Conference South.

"He brings coaching qualities and he brings a personality which is good for the players in the dressing room."

Baker added that he is still in discussions with 10 players over new contracts for next season.

Ross Worner, Giuseppe Sole, Delano Sam-Yorke, Wilfried Domoraud, Paul Lorraine, Bradley Quamina, Danny Bunce and Tom Hutchinson are all in talks with the manager.

The club are yet to decide the future of Charlie Moone and Dan Sintim while all other players will be released.
