Weymouth have appointed former left back Matty Hale and ex-Team Bath coach Andy Tillson as their new management team for the forthcoming season.
Hale will take the reins as first-team boss with Tillson as his assistant, while the role of player-coach Marcus Browning is decided upon.
The pair worked together at Team Bath last season in the Blue Square South.
It is hoped their experience will help the Terras' return to the Blue Square Premier after relegation last season.
Hale becomes Weymouth's sixth manager in just 28 months following on from Garry Hill, Jason Tindall, John Hollins, Alan Lewer and Bobby Gould.
