Watford striker Liam Henderson and defender Dale Bennett, both 20, have agreed new one-year contracts at Vicarage Road.
The club also has the option of extending the pairs' deals by another 12 months.
Bennett made eight league starts this season, enjoying a run in the side in April, while Henderson appeared 15 times, all of which were off the bench.
Both players are products of the Hornets' youth academy.
Bennett experienced Blue Square Premier football in the 2008/09 season during a loan spell with Kettering, where he featured on 20 occasions.
Henderson, who has yet to score for Malky Mackay's side, has played on loan for non-league Wealdstone and League One Hartlepool.
