Ross Jenkins has made 25 first team appearances, scoring once

Watford midfielder Ross Jenkins has pledged his future with the club, by signing a new three-and-half-year deal.

The 18-year-old academy product has become a regular in the first team since making his breakthrough in November 2008.

He also featured in the club's League and FA Cup runs against West Ham, Tottenham and Chelsea.

The Hornets are also set to announce two new board members, and a new chairman next week.

The news was confirmed by chief executive Julian Winter at the club's recent fan's forum.
