Walsall boss Chris Hutchings and assistant manager Martin O'Connor have signed new 12-month rolling contracts with the League One club.
Hutchings, 52, and 41-year-old O'Connor moved to the Banks's Stadium in January following the departure of former manager Jimmy Mullen.
"I am delighted to have signed this new deal," Hutchings told the club website.
"I have enjoyed my work here so far and am excited by what the future holds in store for this football club."
O'Connor, who had two spells with Walsall as a player, added: "As with Chris, I am delighted to have signed a new contract.
"This is a club very close to my heart and I have enjoyed working with and learning from Chris.
"I am looking forward to this relationship continuing and playing my part in taking the club forward under Chris' stewardship."
The Saddlers have won 10 of their 29 matches under Hutchings, who previously had short spells in charge of Bradford City and Wigan Athletic.
